After this period, the relevant files will be deleted, unless continued retention is required by applicable law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

11.2 Other Personal Data

Project-related communications and other personal data may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for:

  • Managing the Client relationship
  • Contractual purposes
  • Customer support
  • Dispute resolution
  • Protection of legal rights

Invoices, accounting records and other documents subject to statutory retention requirements will be retained for the periods required by applicable law.
